The latest work from Soular Order arrives later this month, with their forthcoming album ‘Entropy’ arriving on Thursday 29th October.
Known across the community for their incredible drive and passion for promoting underground musical genres. Jon Maynard, AKA Soular Order, has inspired countless listeners and artists alike with his incredible production style and creativity.
Later this month, the Manchester-based producer will release the 10-track album ‘Entropy’ on all digital streaming platforms. Released via Future Astronauts, the album will contains “intricate parts” featuring “random-but-slightly-controlled elements” to create a captivating album.
‘Entropy’ was written over the course of around 6 months. The idea about the album is kinda twofold. Firstly to let go of my own perceptions and struggles when it comes to making music.
Kicking off their new label venture with ‘Entropy’, Future Astronauts are a forward-thinking record label who has supported multiple acts through their acclaimed weekly podcasts. Supporting genres such as downtempo, ambient and chillout to experimental beats and post rock, you can discover their ‘Vessels’ compilation albums here.
Instead of trying to pigeon hole a sound, just making what I feel comfortable making. Sort of becoming the unexpected. And secondly, “order in chaos”. The album is made up of more intricate parts that sort of play off each other, utilising a lot of random-but-slightly-controlled elements to create a full picture.
Available to pre-order now via Bandcamp.
